Soft packaging, heavy item
I liked nothing about these molds, but they were cheaper to keep them they have since been thrown in the garbage receive these items in a soft pack with bubble wrap they are made out of plaster plaster is heavy i who in their right mind would wrap plaster items in bubble wrap, no box bubble wrap and an envelope then mail. It took me two months to get the 2 items one survived.

Broken side
The mold came with a broken side. Very disappointed

The correct mold was delivered, but despite the cushioned wrapping, came with a broken side register.
