Hard water, or not hard. That is the question. The answer?
Chlorine, bromine pH, and hardness. My spa has given me a science refresher, that showed me I wasn’t sure I actually learned that science to begin with. And, since pool service providers only care for spas if you have a pool, I have no pool service. Anyway, a couple of carefully worded questions to AI led me to what I needed, and the test strips are happy! The water is clear, the chemicals dissolved with out issue or smell. Five stars
