What is better than Prevagen for memory support?

It depends on what is causing memory loss or decline. Prevagen's active ingredient, Apoaequorin, only targets one specific cause of memory problems - "calcium homeostasis" (see their website for details) - which is from having too many calcium ions in the brain, which causes problems in memory storage and retrieval, and can lead to brain cell death. There are 15+ known causes of memory problems, including blood flow, neurotransmitter issues, vitamin deficiency, hormone imbalances, and oxygen levels. Different supplement formulas address different problems areas, such as ginkgo for blood flow and oxygen, and B12 for a memory related vitamin deficiency. So to know what will help you, you will want to try and figure out what you are missing or could use more of. If you are stressed out, try the B vitamins - I like the Jigsaw's Activated Bs with SRT (completely bio-available and sustained release) to help with replenishing serotonin and dopamine levels. I also like Terry Natural's Vectomega (salmon oil that passes the blood brain barrier (BBB)) to get omega3s into the brain cells.
