this case is compatible with h 100i hydro series??

I have the 280mm H115i on top and and a 280mm radiator in front. The description doesn't include H115i as compatible but it is.

How well do the front fans work, since they are covered up by the front panel?

As mentioned below the air flow is a little bit restricted but it does allow some air. I went to Corsair's site and ordered their high air flow front plate. It's a front panel that is screened, yet the framing is still sporting the brushed metal face. picked it up for a mere $15.00 + shipping. Best of all, the fine dust filter that came with the stock case fits behind the new screen face. I did change out my stock 140mm fans with Cougar 140's Vortex hydro-Dynamic-bearing fans. There far quieter and have better Static Pressure than the stock fans. Plus they are PWM where the stock ones are 3 pinned. So now it's still a quite case even with the open air front.

I would like to know where could i buy extra motherboard stanoff screws for this case?

It comes with a single standoff screw, the rest of the standoffs are built into the case as "bump outs."
