Great mouse!
I originally bought this "gaming" mouse for my personal computer. Problem is it didn't work with my computer because my keyboard and mouse use the same USB dongle. So when I inserted the mouse the keyboard wouldn't work. No problem. I use if for my work laptop and it's great. Very comfortable. I also like that I can charge it (no need to replace batteries) and it's blue tooth. happy with my purchase.

Decent vertical mouse
I've bought this particular mouse a number of times. It's nothing special but the side buttons allow for rebinding to avoid fatigue on index finger left clicking, (use my thumb to left click). These just happen to be perfect for my use case. Would recommend if you're curious about using a vertical mouse. 1 star off because the left mouse button doesn't "click" anymore which I find disappointing, (the previous models did have a "click" sound when pressing left click) although this is probably not a huge deal for most users.)

The device has a smooth everything
Smooth connection, love the light weight of the mouse, and the perfect fit for my not so big hands. This has within 24 hours changed my love for working at the desk for long hours. Pay for what you get and the value for the money is great!

Customer service doesn't exist. Mouse is just an expensive paperweight
What a piece of horse manure! It worked for all of 3 months max. This is the first time I've ever had to read a owner's manual for a mouse. The owner's manual has super unhelpful instructions for troubleshooting this thing. How it first started: I plug in the dongle. Then turn on the mouse and moved it and after a couple of seconds it works. And that's where the best part ends. I REALLY REALLY want to like this mouse. I enjoy the ergonomics. But it's ability to wake up quickly is horse poop! It got to the point where I turn on my PC and the mouse won't move. And because the instructions on the owner's manual are not crystal clear, I ended up trying to press any and all buttons on the mouse. It really only has 3 lights on the mouse (or atleast that's what I thought. Even when you "reset" the mouse, you can press ANY button and it will make the "indicator" lights blink, but idk if that is indicating that the mouse is switching DPI settings or if the mouse is just messing with me. After several days of it not working, I decided to say with it again and pretend that I love pressing any and all buttons like an idiot. Eventually I have no idea what I did, but I eventually got a green light to light up underneath the scroll wheel. And then shortly after that I got the mouse to work again. Here's what I noticed: I'm using a Windows PC, and the PC easily and always recognize the dongle. But for some reason the mouse was having a hard time recognizing the dongle. I can only assume that it has something to do with the DPI settings. And again the troubleshooting section of the owner's manual truly has no clear way of explaining the way things are supposed to work. Here's how it's supposed to work in a nutshell. "Press the DPI button on the mouse and then scroll through the flashing indicator lights to pick your DPI setting. The faster the flashing the higher the DPI setting" That's basically what it says to do to get your DPI settings to change. Otherwise I said when I reset the mouse I can press any button and those indicator lights underneath the mouse will Flash. So it's really not telling me anything. Here's what the company could do better: Make a video that shows the exact clear and concise steps of how to troubleshoot and go through the DPI settings as well as any other issues that the mouse might have. And I mean a video that shows both pressing the button and what the flashing lights are supposed to look like for each DPI setting as well as how to reset the mouse and what that would look like. Maybe make a video but sometresing heading all the buttons and how that blows to make the indicator lights Flash. Finally the green light that I saw underneath the scroll wheel.... That was the first and only time I ever saw it. In the end this mouse is just an expensive paperweight. It no longer works. It won't even charge. Like I said I really wanted to like this mouse. Maybe, just maybe I got a bad mouse. Maybe the charging port doesn't work anymore. Idk. I even sent an email to the company through their website and no one ever contacted me. So much for customer care.

Love this mouse
I absolutely love this mouse. It works perfectly and the movement is precise and can be adjusted and when you click it actually clicks easily and on the item intended even when working a massive spreadsheet with tiny cells. I purchased a different brand for the office thinking it was this brand and I can tell you, not all vertical mouses are equal. I would highly recommend this one!

Great Mouse
Update: figured out there is a protective plastic strips covering the sliders on the bottom. Once I removed the mouse slides like butter. Changed rating from 3 to 5 now. I want to love this mouse but I can't. The pads on the bottom have a bit of a rubbery feeling, and the resistance when moving the mouse around is just too strong for my liking. Feels like my wrist is getting a work out, and after a days use my wrist is sore when using it the second day. Defeats the purpose of using a specialized mouse to relieve wrist pain. I use this mouse for work everyday, and as such am a heavy user. I have used 4 or 5 vertical mice over the years along with using regular mice for decades and have never felt this much resistance moving the mouse around. As such this is a deal breaker. I hate to say that since overall the mouse seems very well made and has a really good fit to my hand. If you are new to using a vertical mouse, please don't let this change your mind on getting one. They have been a game changer to my wrist pain. I've used them for years and have had zero wrist pain since using them. Just not this one sad to say. There are too many other ones available out there which I have tried many and they all worked great. Only issue is they don't seem to last long, but they are so cheap, it's not a deal breaker for me to just get another one. Sad to say just not his one for me.
