I noticed some reviews state this item is flimsy or not sturdy. I find it to be actually quite perfect and easy to open. It was used in a hole in drywall were we have access to outside faucet lines. We only open it maybe twice a year, but I have NEVER had an issue. Works great and does the job. If you are opening it every day maybe I could see a possible issue of durability. However, if you are using it occasionally as it is INTENDED for it is a no brainer product to purchase! I have MULTIPLE of these.

The door opens smoothly, providing easy access, and the size was just right for the opening we needed to cover Installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly.
