Recommended by Anthony William for removing bacteria first thing in the morning. Very good for whitening the teeth and removing plaque buildup, although not entirely effective. Using Neem toothpaste and activated charcoal powder has seen faster results.

Love this mouthwash! I use it after waking in the morning, before brushing and also mid day if i need to refresh my mouth. Has a very subtle taste which is very neutral. Even my teen boys use it. I have been buying this product for years and highly recommend.
