I had complained about the quality of the product. But to my utter delight, the seller has really gone above and beyond in sending a great replacement. I am happy to adjust my review to 5 stars now. Thank you seller! Flimsy product. Missing Items. Damaged Items. WORST - you can only get another poor quality replacement. NO REFUND even after you have told the customer service team that the item is of bad quality. BAD SERVICE BY THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM OF AMAZON AS WELL. This is the first time I am experiencing such bad service. THEY SIMPLY CLOSE THE CHAT SAYING THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. Hope the seller will - at the very least - send me a good quality replacement without any missing parts and accessories and non-damaged items. I am VERY SORRY I PAID SO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS POOR QUALITY ITEM.

The product quality is extremely disappointing. The miniature kitchen set does not look like it is made from genuine brass. The material feels very cheap and lightweight, giving the impression that it might either be fake or of very poor brass quality. The finish and craftsmanship are not at all what I expected — it lacks the rich, authentic shine and sturdiness that real brass items usually have. Overall, it feels like a low-grade replica rather than a quality brass product. I would not recommend this if you are looking for authentic or durable brass miniature sets.

Please dont buy it. Very poor quality. Item missing also. And am so mad that I can't return it as I ordered it when I was staying in a different place. Waste of money.. I thought as it was so expensive, it would be of good quality. Very disappointed. Its all bending and thin as flakes... why do u cheat people??
