This backpack is AMAZING! I gave 4 stars and here's why: The backpack itself has a flexible plastic in the back cushion that allows for a sturdy build, however, as the product came bent, the plastic has also bent with it. So when empty the backpack just folds in half. Overall i can fit SO much in this thing. The folding doesn't contribute to any integrity loss of the overall product. In fact, I have cubbie holes that home so I found it useful to place in one of those. I'm able to comfortably carry this no problem. Straps fit well when most do not and I have a size 54 chest as I'm a big guy. Also, I found the orange whistle to be pretty awesome. Overall I would but this product once more.
