My daughter won’t take anything. She can’t clock this taste in juice. To my other daughter, it smells and tastes bad. My picky one is fine taking it. This has become her multivitamin.

Idk what people are saying these vitamins taste GREAT for a NATURAL product! Our kiddo loves the taste but they are also on a natural diet so isn't shocked by the tasted of fruits and veggies, in fact, loves it and will eat the powder straight if I allowed LOL her energy is great and dark eye circles are going away:) // as for other comments saying it doesn't dissolve in water?? It does.. HOW TO MIX IN A DRINK: 1. just mix it in a DASH of whatever liquid youre adding it to to create a paste first 2. THEN add the rest of whatever liquid and shake or stir = NO CLUMPS!! It mixes right in, you just gotta penetrate the powder first, don't just add a scoop to liquid and expect it to mix without clumps

Wow, I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am in this product. I am a huge, or was, a huge fan of this brand. Although notoriously pricey, they often have sales and you get what you pay for. I’m a single mom living off of literally just Financial aid because I am a full time student as well. So anyways, I found the means to purchase the best brand possible for my toddler because I can’t think of a more important item to spend that money on. Boy was i wrong. I have many problems with this product, biggest being that month’s and months later, it remains in my cabinet completely and totally unused. Surely there’s some great stuff in it, I don’t doubt that for a second. But it doesn’t really matter how great the ingredients are if you can’t get your kid to ingest them, right? So originally I got it to mix in her bottles. I didn’t mind if it changed the color or was a little extra work to get it to mix in, you know I didn’t see that as a problem. But there is nothing water soluble about this mixture. That’s understandable as well. What’s not understandable is the fact that it’s not even mixable in water or milk or liquid of any kind. It just clumps up and doesn’t mix with the liquid AT ALL. So it just either gets stuck in the nipple of the bottle or hangs out on the side or the bottom of the bottle. Then even clogging it to the point of making it impossible for my daughter to even drink her bottle let alone get any extra nutrients, lol. I realized this right away and immediately tried to return it but of course being a consumable product for children I was unable to return it. So here it sits in my cabinet collecting dust… Meanwhile I’m still lusting over all the products made for my demographics but remain unable to afford them. Such a silly waste. If anyone has ever tried to mix Matcha green tea powder with water using a spoon or fork or just by shaking it, that’s the situation you find yourself in. A fools errand. So I guess this should be sold with a traditional wooden whisk and stand, and instructional videos on the ancient Japanese ceremonial tea drinking rituals lol. Go for Liquid/drops if you’re looking for a boost in your child’s diet. But hey, garden of life, if you’re reading this, I wouldn’t HATE a promotional credit towards another product that I could actually use. (Or even, dare i say, a refund?) Just saying…

I’d say if your child is not use to tonics and non sweet supplements this could be tricky, otherwise I think it’s a great option. I like that this multivitamin doesn’t have added, unnecessary ingredients and is not a gummy (yikes cavities). My 7 year old has taken it on and off for years. I feel like when he takes is consistently that it makes a difference in his health. At first he wouldn’t drink it in water and would have to add to a smoothie (a couple years ago) but now he says it tastes like greens and I mix it into 2-3oz of water. I do mix it throughly to make sure all the powder is dissolved and not clumped. Gummies or chewable tablets are more convenient but I keep coming back to this one. Just can’t beat the ingredients and the peace of mind!

Has a sour taste and can be seen in drinks. Works sometimes with my kids when put in juice.
