Works like magic! I know they say blonde hair needs purple but the purples weren’t getting the orange out - a pink toner made my blonde hair orange and purple did nothing so I put this in for 15 minutes and it got all the orange out! Now hopefully I’ll be able to utilize purple for any yellow but it seems to want to always go orange. Whatever I keep both on hand and actually used a bit of purple conditioner from the same brand with this and my hair looks lovely now.

Very effective at toning down the brassiness in my dyed blond hair - my only complaint is that I wish the bottle was different, with the opening on the bottom so I could get all the product out when near empty. At first, the light blue color of it made me doubt that it would be effective at toning down the brass hue I have- but I was wrong, it's very effective. I also wish it came in a larger size and was more affordable, but who wouldn't.... I just can't buy it very often.

This product is super thick and definitely toned down the orange in my bleached hair. Overall it’s more of a honey color now. Smells amazing. My only complaint is that my hair gets frizzy when I use this so I usually follow up with another conditioner or protein mask to support hydration in my hair.

I bought this conditioner after seeing someone in a video recommend it for reducing orange tones. The person did not seem to be affiliated with the product, so I thought it might be worth a try. My dyed hair tends to turn more orange as the color fades, and I wanted something to reduce that brassiness. I also read reviews of the product which were mostly very positive. Most people said it reduced the orange tones in their hair and that it was a great conditioner, so I figured it would be worth a try. Unfortunately for me, it neither reduced the orange or conditioned my hair well. I tried it on both wet and dry hair (some people recommended trying it on dry hair for better results). I left it on each time for at least 5 minutes. Nothing really worked. It's a pretty small bottle for $18, and I was only disappointed.

It works! Left salon with toner color that ended up looking way warmer and more orange than i wanted. I personally used a lot of the conditioner and left it in longer and did a few rounds, but REGARDLESS I’m happy to report it definitely works I LOVEEE my hair color now! Give it a try if you need an orangey fix from the salon

Before and after!! I wouldn’t buy this or even recommend it. Used it twice. Left it on my hair in a cap for an hour both times and all it did was make my hair bright orange!!!! Waste of money!!! Didn’t neutralize anything. Save your money! Update: Seller contacted me and resolved the issue.

my hair is soft and shiny. but, the orange does NOT get rid of the orangey blonde. Level 7 or 8 dyed blonde hair was brassy. Used this conditioner with blue to combat the orange tones. left it on for 5 minutes. The conditioner is not vibrant enough to combat that level of blonde The blue conditioner vibrancy is only strong enough to combat any orange brass in level 9 or higher.

I use it weekly as maintenance to get rid of brassy color on my natural grey hair. I keep this conditioner on my hair for 10-15 mins each time. So far product performs as it intens to be, but I have not seen major changes on my grey hair yet. I used 3 times as of this review posted. Update: my grey hair become clear white close to silver, use once a week to get rid off brassy color. Recommended
