Nature'S Answer Pueraria Mirifica Estro Balance - 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I started taking this product about 5 months ago, initially to regulate hormones and lessen the effects of monthly cramps. I began the first 3 months of this product taking 2 pills, every morning at the exact same time. Once those first three months were over, I increase my daily intake to 4 pills everyday, same time, every morning. These pills have worked wonders for me, and have proven to give outstanding results. Each individual is different, its all about figuring out what your body can handle and then rolling with it, not by going off of what works for other people. Taking 1 pill in the am and 1 in the pm, did not work for me. Hints as to why I take mine the way that I do....because that's what works for me. Even more so, I read a lot about once you stop that everything goes back to normal. The reason this happens is because to keep the effects from the product permanently, you need to continue taking the pills for 6months up to a year. After that you can stop taking them without your body reverting back to normal. Here is a list of pro's and con's I have personally experienced: Pro's: - Hair growth (on top of head) has doubled its normal monthly growing rate. - Hair is fuller, has more shine, and easier to manage then before. - Skin has a more appealing glow to it. It is much smoother, softer, and retains more moisture than before. - Monthly cycle has become regular, reoccurring on the same time every month. - No more monthly cramps - stretch marks and scars have become less visible - breasts have increased in size, become fuller and firmer then they have ever been. - Acne has significantly decreased Con's - I have not experienced any Also, keep in my that if you already have naturally larger breasts you will develop quicker results in a shorter amount of time, and your end result will peak quicker. If you have naturally smaller breasts, your body will take more time to develop larger breasts with these pills, and your peak end results will take a longer amount of time to achieve. Furthermore, keep in mind that this product is not 100% pueraria mirifica. It also contains biotin, selenium, vitamin B12, and folate. If your body is prone to be sensitive to any of those additional ingredients, you may experience some negative side effects. Good luck!

I have been taking this PM for a week (once a day after breakfast) a long with fenugreek pills (2 pills twice a day which I had already been taking for 2 weeks) so my size was a small B and the week I added PM into my diet I grew into a very full B and I fit comfortably now into a 34 C cup but I am working in becoming a full C. It has been a short amount of time and I'm glad I am getting results quick. I was not sure about this product 1)because I have never used it before 2)the reviews were scary some saying about peeing pink and acne and strange things. My reason for Taking PM is Natural Breast Enhancement, right now I am using both PM and fenugreek a long with daily breast massages to enhance circulation and growth. I am going to wait about a month or 2 to see whether I should take 2 pills rather than one a day. Side effects that I encountered: my nails are growing stronger and faster, my hair has more natural oil which can be good or bad depending on the person, I like more oil in my hair because I have long hair and I color it so helps to have my hair healthier with more oils. The fact that I got more on my hair, I have a little acne on my temples and my forehead, for me not a big deal I am 21 and you cant really see it. My face is a little more oily what I do is get a napkin and wipe my nose, chin and forehead. Once again it is not a big deal for me because I use makeup very lightly I only use mascara, blush, and lipstick. I really love this product. First, I want to say that it arrived very quickly! Today makes 21 days that I've been taking it. When I started taking it, I only took two a day. 1 earlier in the day, and the other, later on in the day. I usually took them on an empty stomach with water or juice. Within a few days, I noticed soreness in my breasts, then the swelling began. I also noticed my face becoming more oily (which I don't mind, because based off my research, taking phytoestrogens triggers a "2nd puberty."). I did begin to have minor pimple break outs along with the oily skin, but again, it's all a part of the increased estrogen. So, what I did was start using a good, natural facial cleanser to combat the extra oil. After a couple of days of that, my pimples disappeared and my skin looks indescribably beautiful. I wonder if it's because of the biotin in the product as well...hmm. I'm currently on a hormonal BC that I'm about to have removed soon....(I started to grow chin hair.) But I haven't had a period. It seems that the increase in estrogen from this product has actually triggered my period. This, I don't mind. It makes me feel more normal, actually. My cramps are the way they've always been. I haven't seen an increase in hair growth as of yet, but I'm very optimistic about it. Overall, I really love this product and it really does the job. I'm sorry to those of you who have seen no results whatsoever. I say either give it more time, or up your dosage. I can't wait to see what surprises month 2 brings. I have been nauseous for 2 weeks since taking this. I initially thought I had a stomach bug but after 2 weeks and still sick I connected it with the day I started taking this. Also headaches and no appetite. I’ve lost 7 lbs in those 2 weeks. Plus body and muscle aches. If you look up side effects these are all listed. So finally went for labs and I’m seriously HYPER Thyroid now. I am on a med to bring the thyroid production back down so hopefully returns to normal and not a continual life issue. Be very careful taking this. Would not recommend.

Works great, but I wish there wasn't as much b vitamin in it. Will buy again, delivery was fast and discrete.
