I recently placed a service request for my Havells hair straightener, hoping to get its power cord replaced. To my surprise, the service center informed me that Havells does not offer repair parts for grooming products. The only option provided was to purchase a new product, even though mine is fully functional apart from the cord. This means: - No repair support for minor issues. - Exchange is only available if the product is completely non-functional. - Customers are forced to buy a new product for simple fixes. Disappointed with this approach. If you're considering Havells grooming products, be aware that after-sales service is extremely limited.
