Excellent vitamin D supplement
I’ve been taking this particular Vitamin D supplement for a couple years. It’s really hard to tell with supplements, but I chose this one because it’s reasonably priced and I wanted one with the Omega 3. I have had my bloodwork done twice while on this and my doctor said my Vitamin D levels are optimal and whatever I’m doing, keep doing it. So I’m definitely sold on this one!

No fishy after taste!
I really like that vitamin D is included in this supplement. That there is no fishy after taste! It is easier to take then some, as the texture is smooth and goes down quickly. I will stick to this one!
