So good product! I’ve been using it for a very long time and my vitamin D went high again.

Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU (125 mcg) with Coconut Oil are the best. My Vitamin D was low for a while, and after trying three other brands with lower IU doses that didn’t help, I switched to these. The 5000IU made a real difference—after a few months, my levels are perfect. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. I hate taking pills, but the veggie softgels make them easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

I have very low levels of vitamin D, mine was around 9 when starting these. My doctor said I was in the dangerous range, under 12 is vitamin D deficiency. My body has trouble absorbing because of the lung condition I have so I was concerned about what vitamin D supplements would work for me. Well, within 6 months of starting these my vitamin D literally doubled! I am now at a little over 18. I take 50,000 units per week- one daily, then two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (lines up with other meds I take on these days). They are tasteless, easy to take, and almost best of all- vegan! I love these and recommend it to anyone who needs it. I can't honestly say I feel anything differently regarding depression or things like that, but they definitely work to raise your vitamin D level so it must be doing something whether I can tell or not.

I have been tested and suffer from low vitamin D despite my outdoor lifestyle. I am also vegetarian. Not only is this a vegan product, but it makes a noticeable difference to my life! I can tell when I haven’t taken it and I am so glad that I can have a supplement that keeps me healthy and strong. I also use Sports Research’s biotin and have never had any issue with either product, only positive results. They do what they say they will, are top quality, and they are affordable compared to other vegetarian and vegan lines. I’ve been using them for over a year and am so grateful SR exists!

Order came next day very efficient. I like it’s in a gel capsule for timed release. It’s only a 2 months supply but value is great if you put it on Amazon subscription and forget about it.
