I am so pleased with my new Samsung galaxy s 21. The picture is so clear ,the only thing I find annoying is the keyboard is smaller Than my fingers and have to use Pencil to type.but i will survive it .

I wish I can give it zero stars. The phone was genuine but it would not charge so was completely useless. I sent it back straight away but was disappointed that I had to wait weeks for a refund. Not up to Amazon's usual standards

Phone battery does not last more than half day.

The phone is very good with respect to performance snd battery .But i am disappointed for the finger print reader.It rarely works.

Je commande un Galaxy s21 neuf et surprise... voilà que je reçois un bel article reconditionné. Boite Samsung dans un état lamentable et sceau déchiré. Pas très professionnel pour un article à ce prix là !!!
