I love the trade in feature that allows me to exchange my old tablet for a newer one.

The surface go 2 came in in great shape and quickly; specs as advertised and and so far has been setting up nicely. It is fast and responsive enough for what I need it for and was a great price. While it is Windows 11 compatible, there's a bit of a minor hiccup getting to the 24 H2 version of Windows 11 that is fully supported and the go 2 actually expired on support on December 30th 2024 for drivers and fiemware, yesterday. So no driver or firmware updates and no more Windows updates will be done. The surface go 3 has a bit more life with Windows updates until 2027 but for me the price was more than I wanted to spend. UPDATE I was able to use the windows 11 installation assistant to reinstall Windows 11 and it applied the 24H2 latest version versus Windows Upgrade which stopped at 22H2. This will just be a travel device to remote into work when needed.

This is in fact a Surface Go 2. I bought it based on the pictures and price, so I got what I expected at a good price. Mine has cellular built in, but no promises on what you will actually get. Product itself is in great shape with no visible wear. Everything else so far checks out.

Had spill stains and sticky residue on the back of the device under the stand. I didn't even bother powering it on. These should have at least been cleaned. Immediately returning

Pleased with the Surface Go 2 and the refurbished work of said product however quite misleading with the title. This was claimed to be the LTE variant, upon receiving the item I learned it was not the LTE variant. Highly misleading in the product title and item description 2 stars off for false advertising. Once asked if I can replace the item with the LTE variant, they claimed they don't even have those in stock.

Devo ammettere che il Surface Go 2 preso è in ottime condizioni. Direi nuovo se non sapessi che si tratta di un prodotto ricondizionato. Ho risparmiato più del 50% ed ho un prodotto praticamente nuovo. Il pc va benissimo anche per semplici fotoritocchi (Photoshop) e per semplici modellazioni 3D, quindi più che ottimo per tutto quello che si fa giornalmente tra navigare, posta, social ed office. Complimenti.

I did see the reviews saying that the specification of what they received was not as described, so I double checked with the seller, who was very helpful. I did receive the LTE model, with core M3 processor. So far (1 month in) I cannot fault it at all. I have upgraded to Windows 11 and installed office professional. I don't use it for games. It performs just as well as my actual laptop (Dell with i5 8th Gen processor). I use the usb-C port to connect a docking station, and then use keyboard, mouse, 2nd screen, LAN. Works perfectly for web browsing and all office tasks. I've read not to have too many apps running in parallel, but haven't managed to find the boundaries of the processor performance yet, with up to 10 Edge tabs, Excel, Powerpoint often all running at the same time. I also often have Bluestack running too for apps which aren't yet in the Microsoft app store. I also invested in the genuine Microsoft accessories (type case, mouse, surface pen). So I have many options - touch screen, type case pad, pen, mouse for navigation and I find I often use more than one in combination. Then, if you want to pick it up and take it anywhere, it fits in a tablet carry case, and with LTE works anywhere you have mobile reception, and I can use the Hotspot function to share the internet connection. In summary, really happy all round. I have not found a compromise yet from buying the "amazon renewed" version. No scratches or marks, and battery life seems to be as good as on line reviews report for new (6 to 8 hrs depending on use and screen brightness). I just hope it stays this way and is reliable.

Wir s8nd über den Zustand sehr positiv überrascht. Haben bei anderen Händlern falsche Artikel bekommen aber hier stimmte die Beschreibung und Qualität zu 100%. Kann ich definitiv nur empfehlen. Wird nicht das letzte Gerät sein was wir bei Amazon kaufen

Gut, günstig und super flexibel mit Micro SD & SIM slot. Besser als manch andere, deutlich teurere Surface-Modelle.

Der Zustand des Tablet ist weit weg von "ausgezeichnet" sondern eher mittelmäßig bis schlecht.
