Amira Mor: Belly Dance For Cardio Workout

The instructions and music are very good ,I really did feel i had a great cardio workout with it. I plan to get more of these videos.

Was a little boring.

This was my first DVD of hers. It is so beautiful that I began to take classes and purchased all of her wonderful DVD's. They are exceptional. She covers steps here that after 5 yrs. of class, I find I can take things to a new level because of her unusual thoroughness in showing the variations of each move.

Amira mor has created an excellent DVD. This is an energizing cardio workout that will challenge you and make you smile. Amira is so positive and motivating. Anyone can do this! All the moves are broken down step by step and within a short time you will learn an exciting choreography. The music is amazing and keeps you moving. I love this DVD and have purchased several others from Amira Mor and highly recommend them all.
