I used to buy these candies at TJs but they stopped carrying them. This is the real deal and they are delicious! Definitely my favorite coffee candies. The bag is huge and will probably take me a year to finish!

I really like these as a quick pick-me-up. A sweet combination taste of coffee and chocolate satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me from choosing a candy bar or bowl of ice cream. Easy to carry in my purse should an emergency sugar attack hit. Too sticky to be chewed. Chewing would be bad on teeth. So they last longer as they melt gradually. A little pricey, but I don't mind splurging to treat myself. Guests like them too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I believe this is my third purchase. Coffee Rio is very satisfying. The flavor is strong and the texture moves from relatively hard to chewy. Be a little cautious, because they can stick to your teeth!

I absolutely love Coffee Candy, but I have to say, this particular flavor was a huge disappointment 🤢. It had a distinctly burnt taste ☕ that just didn’t sit right with me. I tried one piece, hoping it might have been an anomaly, but the second piece was just as bad. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. These are hard candies that turn softer as they warm in your mouth, then they become hard/chewy and stick to your teeth if chewed. They taste like strong American-style coffee (not nearly as strong as espresso) with caramel syrup and salted butter. Very addictive. A bit pricey for what you get, but these are an indulgence worth splurging on.
