Tying to loose weight or curb appetite
I love the Blueberry Muffin flavor. This mixes easily in water. No chalky taste. Much better price than Vital Hustle or Shaklee shakes or Keto chow! I have tried a lot KOS is the best and Best price so far. The fact that I can get it on Amazon with free shipping is wonderful. Contain stevia and monk fruit instead of the “pink packed of fake sugar”. Curbs my appetite! I drinking for breakfast and I take one with me if I have to go grocery shopping. I am eating less and spending less $$ because I’m not buying as much Food. I was just eating too much.

One of the better plant protein powder I’ve had and I’ve tried many!
Tastes and smells good, nutrient dense and clean ingredients. Less bloating since it’s not whey. Big plus for the added fruit and veggies, vitamin and minerals in the mix and NO SOY! Yes, it is a little grainy. But if you’re familiar with plant based protein, you’ll know that almost all of them are going to have a little grit. The grit from this comes from the ground chia seeds, flaxseeds and quinoa and not from the actual pea protein itself (you can see around the rim of the shake what I’m talking about). Honestly, I don’t mind it because it almost reminds me of the texture of what a crumble would have on top of a blueberry muffin. Even though there is some graininess, it still mixes well more than other plant proteins I’ve had. Just use a really good shaker bottle. If you still find it too grainy for your taste, the best way to help would be to blend it. One other downside is that although the overall taste is good, there’s a bit of a vitamin/mineral aftertaste that’s not my favorite. A few ways to fix this: Tip: Try mixing it with a plant milk instead of water. My photo shows one scoop of protein mixed with oat milk. It tastes better and gives it a creamier consistency. If you want to go the extra mile - I also tried it with oat milk, frozen blueberries, a touch of vanilla, ice and if you’re feeling up for it, a scoop of vanilla coconut milk ice cream. SO GOOD and takes away from the vitamin aftertaste.

KOS company BUSTED!!!
This comment DOES go across the board regarding KOS products, as their products are only as good as THEY, the KOS employees, owners, are. And THEY have proven to NOT be so good! MANY have now chimed in on this in a growing buyers' circle of contacts, to the point whereby they're sorry to have ever received any sort of suggestion to try KOS products! Of course there's personal preference and taste, as to the quality (or NOT) of ANY product. And then there’re the ETHICS of those who create/sell/distribute products. And when those folks are SHORTING quantity of product, NOT providing the amount that their labels and ads claim to, that's yet another downer issue to beware of! And MANY in this buyers' circle have SEPARATELY, without knowing one another, submitted their experiences of being shorted product in several of the KOS Protein Powder tubs they’ve purchased. I TOO have experienced this; only discovered after I began counting servings upon receiving from buyers notices of product content shortages. So I'm going to include it in this review. Do notice KOS Protein Powder package labels state “About .[insert # per size container] servings." That alone is a red flag! Several buyers, in carefully scooping out to count and double counting the number of servings upon first opening each container of KOS PP, have noted that there's between 5-8 scoops LESS than the label claims there to be. Given each serving is labeled to be 2 scoops, that’s 2.5 - 4 FEWER servings than what you're both paying for and planning on when being a customer of these products! These products are pricey enough as it is! NOTE: these individuals saw a pattern that THIS particular (small blueberry flavor) product was less likely to be short, OR AS SHORT, on servings. They’ve commented that there're greater discrepancies the larger the product size is. ALSO, when it comes to customer "service," when buyers have asked KOS about issues with their products, buyers RARELY (to NEVER) receive an answer. AT MOST they're put on an email sales list & start getting junk (sales) mail from KOS. When there's what can be viewed as a complaint, then the customer(s) are COMPLETELY IGNORED! Talk about GUILTY behavior on the part of the company! Which has US ALSO concerned about product quality, given the PEOPLE quality SUCKS! Whether this review goes public OR just to Amazon admin, it's IMPORTANT FOR BOTH “SIDES” TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY’S LACK OF QUALITY ALL THE WAY AROUND! As the cliché goes (and for good reason), only 1 out of every 100 customers ever bothers to say anything regarding their complaints before they stop buying a product. SO, IF KOS were REALLY appreciative of their customers, they'd value my, and anyone else's sincere input! Now KOS's do-gooder labeling on their packaging looks like total BS, given all the negative experiences with KOS that folks in the e-com circles I've listened to/read are describing! SUB ZERO STARS would be MY rating!

Enjoy a healthy cup of protein that tastes like a milkshake! Yummy
The taste is yummy and I add my so-ti beet shot to it and it’s a delicious healthy treat . It’s a bit lumpy but not to worry as it melts in your mouth when you’re drinking it. I add it to a cup of water and or coconut milk

Flavor a little strong & perfumey
This protein powder has been working well for me, as I like the nutritional profile and how it blends into my smoothies. I enjoy the blueberry muffin flavor, although it is a little strong and perfumey, so I use half of this powder and half vanilla-flavored powder, and then the flavor profile ends up perfect. Raspberries work really well with this powder, as the tartness of the berries cuts the sweetness. The main drawback is that this product is very expensive on a per-serving and protein basis compared to other powders I have used.

Meh
It's. "Ok". I added the protein powder to frozen pineapple and milk for a smoothie. It wasn't smooth, but also wasn't gritty. It might be better with frozen blueberries since the blueberry muffin flavor is fairly mild. I'm going to finish the container since it's not bad but won't be repurchasing
