Caused stomach discomfort despite low dosage
I bought this Omega 3-6-9 supplement hoping for general health and joint support. The ingredients look clean and it’s vegetarian, which is a plus. However, even after taking only 1 capsule per day and with food, I experienced significant gastric pain and stomach discomfort, which repeated on multiple days. I had to stop using it because the digestive issues were too uncomfortable. This may suit people with a very strong stomach, but if you’re prone to acidity, gastritis, or sensitive digestion, I’d suggest being cautious. The product might work for others, but unfortunately it didn’t suit me.
