If you don’t get it on the second ring it cuts off. Does not work right

I’ve had to reset (unplug and plug back in) three times now in two months because it either kills the second line for no reason or both lines start cutting out.

Once I purchased a line splitter in order to use both lines they work great. I didn't know that I needed to add a line splitter in order to use the phones, but that may have been more on the end of the phone company not the phone itself. I would order these again if I needed them for sure.

The price, the quality of the phone, everything!! It works perfect. The ringtone is loud!! Perfect price for the product!!

Meh, it's ok. I guess you get what you pay for. I like that we have 3 handsets plus the base, but the handsets are very hard to use while writing or typing when on the phone. Ringers volume can be adjusted, and battery life seems fine. Not crazy about how the menu system for accessing the phone's features. It's obviously not the newest technology; not intuitive and cumbersome to navigate. I feel guilty about throwing away company money, but I will upgrade to something more comfortable, and better technology.

L'appareil a bien fonctionné une ou deux journées. La deuxième ligne n'a pas de tonalité. Impossible de régler le problème. Trois personnes ont essayé tous les réglages. Pas d'instruction dans la boite. Je ne recommande pas cet appareil.
