Purchased this knife on a whim as I liked the general appearance. I’m very pleasantly surprised at the fit and finish and overall build quality of this knife. It is at the upper limit of what I’d consider a pocket knife but it is smooth and surprisingly unnoticeable in a hip pocket. I did remove the belt clip though, as these are of no real use unless you’re doing a boot carry. The knife has a reassuring heft and is comfortable in the hand. It is also razor sharp with a nice hollow grind and secondary bevel. I like the lock mechanism as this really is positive, but also easy to deliberately release. This is the sort of quality I’d expect from American manufacturers but these are made in China. I will be buying more NedFoss knives for sure!

What we have here a very nice knife for a very nice price Under $25! There may be a slight imperfection or two, but barely noticeable, and nothing that couldn't be touched up quite easily. Mine had a tiny rough spot on the spine of the blade near the point. I just smoothed it out with a bit of very fine sandpaper. I could have used a whetstone, but the sand paper was right in front of me at the time. It took less than a minute to smooth the rough spot out. Very minimal. Wouldn't have noticed it if I didn't run my fingers over it. Most people wouldn't have noticed it at all. The other thing was that the underside of the lock release had a bit of a sharp edge. Again, something most people wouldn't notice. Very easily touched up. I have found worse flaws in knives at a much higher price point. Overall, this thing is beautiful on a budget. It also has quite a bit of heft to it. Wear a belt so your pants don't fall down. Lol! Do keep on mind that this is what it says, "a gentlemen's knife". I would not recommend this as a field knife, although, each to his own opinion. I think it's a bit too heavy in the handle, and not heavy enough throughout the blade for field work. Not exactly an EDC either unless you like the extra heft. Mine came to me very sharp and didn't need any sharpening out of the box. I'll pass on a touch up and stropping until it actual gets used a bit. It's that good. This is a very nice knife to display when your friends pull out their boring little knives. I'll be carrying mine quite often, just for that purpose. It does look like an expensive knife, and I'm quite sure it will get alot of compliments. Overall, I am quite impressed with the quality this knife offers at such a modest price. I will definitely purchase some for stocking stuffers this holiday season.

This knife has a nice weight and a smooth feel, fitting comfortably in a large hand. It is incredibly sharp right out of the box and can easily slice paper into thin strips. The knife is well-balanced and expertly made, with great attention to detail. It is worth the price I paid. Since it's so sharp, I recommend using both hands to open and close it for safety. The packaging was also excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic pocket knife!

While perusing knives on Amazon, this particular knife caught my attention by its standout beauty. This was the third Ned Foss knife I've purchased so I was already familiar with the quality of the knives they build. This would not be my choice of knives to take with me in the woods for either hunting or camping but I wouldn't hesitate to carry it in an urban environment. The blade was satisfyingly sharp out of the box. The heft was such that I knew I had a knife attached to my pocket. Like all Ned Foss's knives, there's absolutely no wobble in the blade. When open it reminds me of a fixed blade in my hand. Top it off with a price point that will bring a smile to your face! For me it was an excellent purchase!
