Bought for a daughter's iPod. Bought a separate screen protector. Put it on, then put this case on. Went on nicely and feels like it will protect her new iPod relatively well. iPod functions the same with all buttons and connectors accessible. Very nice execution of the case design. Now, not expecting to test it's protection in a drop, but feels like it will do well as long as it falls on the edges. While it does have raised edges on the front and back, if they are high enough to protect the front all depends on what it's dropped on. Btw, the edges aren't slick, more of a silicon/sticky feel so shouldn't easily slip out of one's hands. Plastic cover on back should absorb the impact if it falls on the back. Don't mind that getting scratched/broken at all, that's is job. Case can be more easily replaced than the screen in the case of a bad drop! We'll see.

A solid case for the iPod touch and I feel that it’s well protected.

Looks good, installs easily. And now, proven in a real world test to work fine. Due to leashed dog taking off after a rabbit, caused phone to go flying 5 feet away and 3 feet down, with no damage to the phone, well, that's a good test..... unplanned, but proves the efficacy of product. Highly recommend. Oh, btw, don't try this yourself, the results could be different.....

I ordered the clear one and the black one. I like to keep my iPod's in good condition and needed a new case. Well I got my order and I am very please with the cases. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!! Good and durable!! Easy to put on and looks very sleek.
