amazing sound quality, bargain for the price
Given the price and how small it is, was expected it to be so-so. But the quality is nice and crisp, even though it's an arm's length away from me on the desk. People on calls say the sound comes in clean and loud. Total bargain, super pleased.

Simple and effective
Only reason to buy this is if your laptop mic is truly terrible...which mine is hence why I have given i 4 stars...it picks up my voice from a fair distance for something so small. The actual recording of audio with this device will leave you disappointed as the recording will always have annoying buzzing sound in the background and the vocals are a bit muffled. The reason I bought this was because I have my own voice assistant built into my laptop and I needed a better mic for it to pick up my voice. Definitely not for everyone. Definitely easy to use, just plug into a usb port and it's ready.

Sound is barely audible
The sound recorded is barely audible. I tried this on 2 different computers. Same result on both.

Doesn't pick up any sound at all
It doesn't pick up my voice from 6 inches away with the input level at 100%. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't get it to work at all with Windows 11 pro.

terrible, do not buy
terrible--audio was so quiet could barely be heard, the device shattered within just a few days (was in my laptop bag)

Für mein Einsatzgebiet um Siri auf dem MacMini zu nutzen völlig ausreichend. Eingesteckt, sogar über USB Hub, sofort erkannt und einsatzfähig. Klasse.

Der gelieferte Pegel ist so gering, dass man nichts damit anfangen kann. Und zwar selbst dann, wenn man direkt in das Mikrofon spricht. Schrott. Aufgrund des geringen Preises werde ich das Mikrofon entsorgen und nicht zurückschicken.
