I commute 25mi one way for work daily on a bike. I stop at the gym on the way to work in the morning as well. This backpack has enough space to fit most people's ambitions in it and then some. It's pricey but feels great even fully loaded. The way the straps are designed with the buckle clasped helps distribute the weight so evenly that you barely even feel like you're carrying your full kit. Do yourself the favor and invest in this if you need to bring a ton of stuff with you for a commute/travel on a bike.
