What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile—they not only assembled the new bed flawlessly but also helped me dismantle my old metal bed, which was a huge relief. They clearly knew what they were doing and maintained a professional attitude throughout. Excellent product... Quality is very good..Two persons came and installed it within a hour Colour and finishing are top notch. Hopefully it will last long too.

I purchased the product on reference of my friend, product is good but delivery agents of wakefit were rude and non cooperative. They taken back the packing material arguing that in case you return the product we will take back in that material. However, packaging material is part and parcel of product. Customer service agent also argued that its company policy. But it has not been mentioned any where. I am moving to consumer court to decide the authority on packaging material of product.
