Cannot recommend this enough! Do not buy the cream, I’ve used the cream before and it stains clothes, the gel does not stain clothes and works well. It doesn’t go sticky, but in hot weather and depending on how often you sweat you may need to re apply every few hours, but other than that it’s very good and I’ve been using this for 10 years!

I bought this for my daughter as she suffers from thigh chaffing in warm weather, seems to work well, and she doesn't suffer with chaffing when she uses it, she doesn't need to apply more than once a day, but that may be different for ither people. I also must admit I've used it as a primer under my foundation, and it seems to work well for that too lol, a little goes long way, it's not sticky and goes on very smoothly leaving your skin feeling like satin, would reccomend for either use

I buy this everytime I go on holiday. Having experienced a severe thigh rub rash several years ago, from walking round in a wet swimming costume, I won't go away without this stuff now.
