Guajillo Chili powder is really hard to find in some grocery stores, compared to the general American-style chili powder (which is not the same). I was so happy that I found this product here, it tastes great in any Southwestern-style dish, and it's a great value. The heat level is perfect too, not too hot but not too mild, either. A great balance of flavor. You can't go wrong. I used it for the breading in a chicken-fried steak and it elevated the dish to another level.

This is a great Chile powder. I love that you can get it in such a large size, as I use a lot of it. It is has a great flavor, just the right amount of heat, and is a great value!

this is great stuff. I use it when I make carne asada; so much more depth without a lot of heat to the flavor. It's well packaged, is easy to use, and smells and tastes delicious! It's also delicious in chili or anywhere else you use chili powder. Will absolutely buy again.

It's a good amount for the price, but I noticed it's a little blander than what I normally buy which is typically smokier flavored. It did not have a complex flavor profile, no fruitiness, but it's sufficient for making the food I wanted to.
