I have always loved knipex pliers. I've been an electrician for 30+ years. Well-made product. Grips electrical connectors. And always has smooth operation.

You do get what you pay for and these are very high quality pliers, I think they would be great for a tradesman such as myself, but they are very expensive for a typical homeowner or hobbyist

I will honestly tell you that there are very few tools out there that are made of high grade materials and they come at a price, if you want a set of pliers these are the best ones in my opinion that I have found, of course there are better ones out there, but for the price point, you can’t go wrong with Knipex, they are the perfect size and they hold up well and won’t let go, the push button feature is great, just push and slide, thin enough to get in between small spaces, you won’t be disappointed

very useful and versatile. however, i have little use for the largest and smallest sizes. the regular ten inch one is perfect and in the future id probably just get that one instead of all three

These pliers are beautifully engineered to be the platonic ideal of channel locking pliers. Their textured handles provide excellent grip, allowing for torque to be applied efficiently and comfortably. The shape of these pliers ensure that they will fit around anything, from bathtub and shower stems to oil drain pan plugs. The seven inch tool is excellent for carrying around in a pocket, as it opens so widely that it is sufficient for almost any task. The ten inch can be used for larger fasteners, or simply to provide more torque. The 12 inch is fit for the largest of fittings and provides the most torque out of all three. Perhaps these cost slightly more than hardware store channel locks, but the value for money is unequivocal. A good pair of channel locks may well last for decades if taken care of properly. If those channel locks are made of German steel and designed with a smooth mechanism, they will last even longer.

Já tive alguns modelos nacionais e estou um belzer a mais de 10 anos e me serve bem. Me recomendaram essa marca pela qualidade dos mordentes e o jeito que trava aberto. Não me arrependo pelo preço que paguei pois quando chegou deu pra notar a qualidade e já coloquei eles pra trabalhar em uma reforma que estou fazendo em casa. o pequeno seria melhor pra deixar no carro ou em algum kit de ferramentas. Os grandes ajudam muito com conexões de agua de caixa d'agua.
