It is exactly what is described very light weight and moves across good gravel, sand, and grass so much better than my other Chair. Amazed at the amount of power it has climbing hills. It maintains at the speed as if you are on flat ground. As for the battery, I don’t have to charge it every day as it can last on average up to 3 days. I have had the chair since October and use it daily. I am as pleased now as I was the 1st day i got it.

The media could not be loaded. *** update you’d think Amazon or Wheelchair Co would have reached out but no!!! And so I bought another battery for $ 300 guess what that wasn’t the problem…. I absolutely fell in love with this wheelchair from April to July. It offered freedom to go places other wheelchairs couldn’t drive in. But now less than 3 months later it stopped working. It literally stops and I restart it goes for a bit and stops again. Last night it did this stopping 2 times in the middle of a busy street. Much too stressful. I’m so disappointed now I’m scared to use it.

I recently ordered this wheelchair but the seat height was not advertised correctly, upon multiple calls trying to reach them for an exchange, they totally IGNORED MY MESSAGES. I opted for a return and it took Amazon Customer service to intervene on my behalf.They finally responded and had me pay $202 to ship it back!!! Total waste of money and I get nothing in return . They need to advertise the return policy as I would not have chanced a return, as far as the exchange not 1 person reached out ..Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CULVER MOBILITY

Got my wheelchair in Feb. Now it’s June and not charging also no ramp.

Too heavy for me to lift and place into my SUV, otherwise it is a wonderful chair easy to drive turning is great and very easy to charge the seat is very comfortable. I was supposed to receive a wheelchair ramp with it and it never did come still waiting

I did not like it when the tire fell off twice. I really disliked not getting replacement parts. I bought 2 chairs. Buyers Beware!

This is really a good wheelchair but the customer support is non existent. I had my chair for one month when it started giving me error codes. I called the phone number provided. Calls were never answered or returned. I sent in email warranty requests with no response. Now I'm stuck with a unusable chair that I spent over $1,800.00 for. I wish I would have read reviews before I bought this chair. I'm not the only person with the same issue. READ THE REVIEWS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
