I’ve never been able to take iron; my stomach would not even tolerate the slow form pill. This was a last resort. My doc has me taking one tbsp three times/day. I’ve been taking it for over a week and zero problems! The taste is not bad, but it does have a metallic finish, so I chase it with an ounce or so of OJ and that solves the problem!

Good! It taste good... But you've got to take it like a shot because after time it'll taste like iron and that's what I hate about taking iron... The penny taste but this is the furthest I've been able to escape the taste. I'd choose this over gummies any day
