I take a lot of medications due to my endometriosis and it's taken a tole on my digestive system. These pills have really helped my regularity. Before I found this at my local natural foods store I just went on and off of stool softeners. Those do work as well but I prefer these since they're natural. I've been taking this everyday for 6 months and I feel so much better now. Believe you don't want to be constipated all the time. I like that it has milk thistle extract in it as well which is good for your liver. This supplement is a pretty decent deal with everything in it. Milk thistle is usually at least double the price on it's own depending on the brand. The price on amazon is really good too, it's 17.99 at my local health food store. I really recommend this for anyone with health conditions that require them to take medications. It keeps your digestive system going.

I tried these softgels because I was desperate. My entire life I've been very irregular and I've done everything....cascara sagrada, hot lemon water, OTC laxatives, colonics, psyllium, you name it. Everything has worked either a little bit or with stomach wrenching cramping. The label says "safe for every day use" and it really is, I've taken them daily for almost a year. There is no cramping, no urgency and no awful after taste. I still don't have daily movements but they're increased in frequency, maybe about every other day. But when I do have one they are VERY productive! As a result I have less gas and less bloating. I highly recommend these to anyone who's bound up like me!

This is a very good, gentle supplement. It’s a staple in our Amazon orders. : ) The only thing I wish Irwin’s would do is provide customer rewards or discounts to repeat buyers, like some other sellers do, by including a code you can scan for your next purchase or something, since it’s fairly expensive, as this sort is of thing goes. So deducting one star for the cost. But they always ship it out quickly and bubble-wrap it very well. The 2-pack is a much better deal, but not always available. Make sure you have a full glass of water when you take this & stick to two a day. : ) : ) Not for pregnant or nursing mothers, as I understand it.
