Great wind noise reducer
The deadcat fits perfectly onto my rhode pro microphone. Also very easy to install, the only thing I do not like about it, is that it seems to muffle a bit of the sound with the extra covering. Other than that, it works great very affective in reducing the wind noise. We use it for car videos, to be able to record vehicles moving and get the noise of the engine without having to hear the wind in the background.

Works great
I do a lot of outdoor sports video recording, and this cuts out the wind noise pretty good. Obviously, on extremely windy days, there is still some noise, but not much.

Rode Factory Branded for fit and finish
All Dead Cats are NOT created equally...... I've tried various aftermarket solutions. The Rode Dead Cat has always provided the best results for recording quality. Recommended
