Nope! These are made in Canada.

How long do they stay hot ?

I don't know. I only used them cold.

I feel like these would be great for swollen breasts while breastfeeding, has anyone used it for that? How long do they stay cold? Hot?

Yes they are! I originally bought these for my 4 year old and kept in the freezer when she would get a bump or bruise but now I have a 6 month old and they are fabulous when I am pumping to make sure I express all the milk. I have two that I keep at room temp and microwave. I put the cloth backing side on first and then when I can’t feel the warmth I swap it to the other side. They are still warm after 20 minutes of pumping. They probably stay cold at least 20-30 minutes.
