Get in a comfy position that lets you easily reach down there for an easy insert. * EASY DOES IT: Be gentle & slow when inserting the applicator. If it feels stuck, stop for a sec, take a breath, & then continue. Forcing it in is a no-go, & can cause irritation. I wish these were a bit cheaper, and you don’t NEED them, but they definitely make life easier.
