Perfect for what need.

I held off leaving a review because I wanted to see how it held up, and I have to say it’s a brilliant product. I built a raised bed frame and wanted the ladder to double as a door to a storage cupboard, and this worked perfectly. The instructions weren’t great, but as a DIYer I was still able to figure it out and get the job done. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

This hinge works awesome! Holds a lot of weight and good quality! Instructions are not the best. Watch a few youtube videos before you try installing this and you should be okay.

This hinge works great for my purpose, seems well built. If you don’t have a good understanding of fitting doors this may be a tough install for some as no instructions came with it.

You have to have a little prowess in "plumb and square" to make these work well, but I hung two homemade murphy doors that just make the kitchen. The doors themselves are shelving units that are heavy and substantial, yet glide perfectly on these hinges. They did exactly what I needed them to do. The only negative is that they are a bit thick, so the gap on the top of the door is always at least 1/8" and less if your floor is not perfectly level. Overall, quite nice.
