Bosch Bare-Tool PS10BN 12-Volt Max 1/4-Inch Hex i-Driver with Exact-Fit L-BOXX Tool Insert Tray

I have used these for years. Great batteries. Clutch works well. Speed controlled by trigger works to provide delicate touch. Really like the light weight and comfortable feeling in palm. Durable. Only problem if drenched in liquid. I use with hex extensions (from the electrical distributor), Phillips, 1/4, 3/8, etc., and drill bits with hex shaft. Convenient and simple for an old man (me). Creates an easy reach (if used with six inch extensions). Chuck releases fast and holds without dropping. Top swivels to multiple positions up to 90 degrees, which helps reach difficult locations. Recommended!

2nd one one these purchased ,first one lasted about a year or 2 and went bad ,very useful tool .no repairing for price .switch seems to be biggest issue. but works great for tight areas .

Shipped next day and got it early, which is what I prefer. Has electronic clutch, which I don't mind because: a) I have the Bosch PS-41 Impact driver if I need to do heavy duty impact drilling and b), I would use this right angle impact for installing slot machines, which doesn't need a heavy duty mechanical clutch. Packaging came as expected. This product does not come with batteries, which I like because I already have batteries of my own. Overall works great!

I have just about all the bosh 12 volt tools. I love bosh, but this driver is a disaster. First thing you'll notice is the lack of trigger control, I mean u can squeeze gently to get a soft slow start and u will not get a response until about 75 percent fully depressed. And the waaaaaay! Full blast. I know it's not just my driver, because before I purchased I noticed others with the same complain. Bosh completely failed. As a matter of fact they are slowly but surely makeing junkier tools. Sad.

I've owned one of these for about 4 years previously, but gave it away. The new one I ordered died the first time I used it, but Bosch is promptly replacing it under warranty. Based upon my years of use, this is a handy, must-have tool for drilling and driving. It quickly became my only power tool during a 2 year stay in Fiji. It even drilled 3/4" holes in dense hardwood with just a little coaxing. I replaced it as soon as I returned to the U.S.\, and am no awaiting my replacement for the new one that died.

PRO-Great for using in tight spaces due to the compact head. CON- Slow initial start-up speed so a bit difficult to use with self tapping screws in metal. This is compared to a makita 18v cordless that reaches full speed instantly

I have 5 -12 volt Bosch tools and each one is great. I wanted a small, light and compact angle driver for those odd times you need one. This tool is very under powered. It looks and feels like good quality. It struggled with a 2.5" screw into pine. There is also no battery gauge. I also have a Ridgid 12 volt job max with a drill chuck head. It is bigger and heavier but it easily sinks a 2.5" screw, so I guess I'll go back to using it.

This drill has it's uses and it's well made but it's only for screwing not drilling. The speed it to slow. They have changed their other drill( PS21)to have 2 speeds they should change this one as well.3 stars because of limited usability not construction. Also bought CLPK27-120 so no need for complete kit.

Very useful. I already had one, but I used it for a too big job, so the controller burned out. So I was very happy when I see there was some available on Amazon.
