This is an excellent supplement for liver detoxification. It is a natural liver cleanser, made with milk thistle, herbs, including silybin, turmeric, and berberine. Since I added it to my routine, I’ve felt great support for my liver health and improved digestion. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a natural liver support.

Was just taking berberine for " fatty liver " but liver medic has NAC , MSM, berberine hci, glutathione, alpha lipoic acid , Silybin( milk thistle ) and tumeric . All these work synergenicaly and alone you'd have to pay a lot to get all these separately. These ingredients also good for hair and skin as it's anti- inflammatory which nothing good comes from inflammation. Plan on using their leaky gut one as well ( have some stomach lining issues ) and good health starts in the gut

I have Mthfr and can’t detox like most people. This helped me to feel great just taking a couple a day to detox on a daily basis. It’s high quality and I trust the ingredients. The instructions are easy and clear to follow. If you need a little help with detoxing I highly recommend this supplement.

I tried the Hepatiben liver detox based upon Amazon's recommendation when I was looking for a similar product. I finished the first bottle, and tried a second one but I could not tell much of a difference. I have tried several different brands over the years. I did not find this product very helpful for my fatty liver symptoms.

This liver detox literally saved my life. I was bloated all the time, had a liver ultrasound, showed a fatty liver. I researched this detox and started it back in May 2022, I take it everyday, if i miss a day, i get bloated and feel yucky again. and bonus, I have lost almost 20lbs, it curbs the appetite. try it, you will NOT be disappointed. I feel better than I have in a long time.

Hepatiben is truly a great product. I have been using this product for six months. I recently had a blood panel done so I could have surgery on my knee. I warned the doctors that my liver enzymes would be high. When the results came back my liver enzymes were normal. Also my blood sugar was normal and had been creeping higher. What a great surprise! I highly recommend Hepatiben to help yourself be healthier.

A recent lung CT showed I had a fatty liver, whatever that is. None of my doctors even mentioned it but I didn't like what I discovered in my research, so I went on a mission to find something that would help me clean it up before somebody did say something and put me on some expensive medication. I won't know if it works until my next CT in 10 months but I am willing to stick with it until then. UPDATE: I had a CT scan in September 2017 and again the report showed a fatty liver. No one brings it up or seems concerned but it is still there. I will continue using this product. Maybe it helped maybe it didn't but it did not make the condition go away after more than a year.
