Spidertech Kinesiology Tape. Universal x Spider - 6 Pack Pouch, Black

I have used this product for about a year and I'm never disappointed. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but it does help minor sports injuries. I have used these on my knees, ankles, triceps and shoulders with good results.

Great stuff! Taped my shoulder for a 3 game mini baseball tournament. Played 3 games and my shoulder feels great. Normally, I'd be in a lot of pain after all that ball, but it worked really well. I recommend Spider Tech to all my teammates.

This product works well for pain relief and joint stability. My only complaint is that it starts to peel with less than 24 hours of use. I was hoping it would hold up to my active life a bit better.

I have used these on my back and knee And most of the time they work! I will keep buying!
