Fantastic
These are truly great compression socks, and they really do work as advertised. My normal shoe size is M 10.5, so based on other reviews I got the M/L pair, and I'm very glad I did. They are only slightly difficult to get on, but once they are they provide a perfect "medium-firm" level of compression. They aren't uncomfortable whatsoever, they're extremely soft (if you've ever worn Darn Tough socks they feel identical thanks to the merino wool), and my puppies don't sweat in them much at all.The only con with these is that they're pricey, but honestly I think they're worth it. The difference is night-and-day between these and the budget pairs of compression socks on Amazon: these are softer, thicker, stay in place the entire day, don't cause any sweating, but most importantly they actually provide the advertised 20-30mmhg pressure. I'd rather pay a premium for a pair of these socks that work correctly, versus only spending a fraction of the price on ones that don't provide any benefits and risk tearing after only a few wears. Especially since these are intended to alleviate physical pain, which is one of the few products categories that I'm willing to spend a premium on.So all of that being said, I emphatically recommend these if budget isn't a concern. They work remarkably well and provide a ton of relief for my always-sore runner legs.

Love these socks!
Even though they are wool they keep your feet dry and energized. My doctor recommended I buy for swelling. At first I bought the type that aa dozen for the price of one pair. Even so, I still feel these are the better value. They last years and don't stretch out. They keep the restrictive quality that helps with circulation and swelling much longer than the cheaper brands. They work better, last longer, keep your feet dry and cool. I'm on my feet a lot and do a lot of walking. These socks give my feet comfort and energy, while aiding in the reduction of swelling. Not too hard to get on and off. Seem to last forever. I've been wearing my first pair for about seven years and they still work as well as the new pair I just bought. They're expensive, but worth the cost.

Worked very well
Two years ago, after a nonstop flight from LAX to Seoul/Incheon in coach, I ended up in the hospital with a very swollen ankle and possibly DVT. Fast-forward to this year, for another LAX to Asia flight. I decided not to take any more chances and so I bought these compression socks. I liked the fact that they're made of mostly natural fibers, seem well made and durable, and had lots of good reviews. The verdict? They worked exactly as expected for me and, most importantly, I made it to my destination and back with perfectly normal ankles and no swelling whatsoever. I also like how breathable these socks are and even after wearing them for almost 24 hours straight, I could not detect any unpleasant smells when I took them off and they were basically still dry. The only drawback I can think of is that they're fairly tight to put on and thus require some effort, but I'm sure this is just due to their intrinsic design and features and it's probably common to all compression socks. They also need to be hand-washed for the best results. Given how infrequently I'll be using them, this is not an issue for me at all. I highly recommend these compression socks.

Good to wear!
Not the cheapest but well worth every penny. Have made repeat purchases. Sizes seems accurate.

Recent DVT blood clot - These are the most effective compression socks I have found!
I had a recent blood clot and purchased a variety of different compression socks to help with my continued ankle pain. I tried different levels of compression, and they all work to some degree. This product has been my go-to when the pain is most present. It really helps! I bought one pair at first to see how well it would work, and I just bought a 2nd pair because it works GREAT!!! I wear these when I go to work (standing all day), and these are the ones I wear if I am travelling or going on a long car ride. And as I mentioned, I wear them if the pain is noticeable. When I put them on, the pain just goes away. They are expensive for socks, but they are so worth the price. They were a little difficult to put them on the first time, but I got used to it pretty quick. No problem putting them on once I knew how to do it properly. They are made well, and they seem durable. I'm very glad to have found this product. Now, I'm just hoping that my wife doesn't lose one of these socks in the wash! Socks seem to have a limited lifespan in my house! : )

Best compression socks I’ve used
I have a health condition so compression socks are a must when I’m going to be out and about for awhile. I also travel a lot and tend to only bring compression socks on those trips. I had been buying Vim & Vigor socks but not even a year in, with fairly infrequent use, they are coming apart. Also, at the end of the day with minimal sweat they start to stink. Sockwell on the other hand are fantastic. The merino wool not only keeps my feet warm (without overheating them) they can be worn many times without worrying about odor, which is great for traveling. They are also leagues more comfortable and thicker than V&V with the added benefit of being quite a bit cheaper. Definitely earned a frequent customer with these!
