Good but i felt it makes me feel dehydrated. Did anyone of you felt the same or it is only me?

i am not sure of the quality, as for me it is see salt, nothing more nothing less, when i received the bags, one bag was open, and the salt was scattered every where, bad packaging and the funny part the salt was wet, like it was removed form the see just now, in UAE the sea is very high in salt, makes me wonder if the batch that i received is locally made??? for such a high price i can go fill up couple bottles of sea water and have them crystalize, in all cases just a feeling, however the packaging and how wet was the salt made me put the 2 bags in the garbage.

I haven't tasted it myself as it was a gift, but from what I've been told it's just amazing... the taste, the moisture content, the crunchiness, the texture, the shape of the grains, the way it compliments meat, the way it enhances salads, the intelligent cap design, the artistic label, the health benefits, the attractive colour of the grains e.g. the way they catch the light and sparkle, the long shelf life, the cool noise they make when you are grinding them, the smell... so yeah I've been hearing a lot about this salt and apparently it's highly recommended.

we use this salt for our water. celtic salt has so many minerals in it and is super good for you. we take just one little crystal piece before drinking 8oz of water. it helps to get the water into the cells. celtic water is much better than table salt. it has more of a salt flavor. we have cooked with it as well, but now we opt to cook with the himalayan salt as it is a bit cheaper. but at times I will use this because it has a much saltier taste and takes so very little to use. please note that you MUST keep this in an airtight container as it will DRAW MOISTURE. it is a wet type of salt. it is all natural, and the taste is remarkable!

This product was recommended to me by my doctor in the United States. Celtic Sea salt does not increase my blood pressure and gives me the minerals that I need to keep my body in tact. It cost a little more because it came from the UK, but it is worth the money. Other salts causes my blood pressure to rise even when I take my medications to lower it. This salt is a life saver for me.
