Auch wenn ich das erste Buch noch besser finde (vielleicht, weil hier die Grundidee noch neu war?), ist auch diese Fortsetzung absolut empfehlenswert. Mir fiel es schwer, das Buch zur Seite zu legen und ich hatte es blitzschnell durch.

Good read but i expected more from this writer

Firstly, Mitch Albom is my favourite author. I own all his works. The prequel to this (the original 'The Five People You Meet In Heaven') has been my favourite book since the first time I opened it. I read it several times a year & I'm at risk of having to buy a new one because of the condition it's now in due to heavy use! Secondly, I've seen a lot of reviews about the condition of the pages; this is normal & you don't need to be alarmed of its authenticity. All my Mitch Albom books have frayed pages and uneven cuts. I may be a lucky one, and it's only this way for me, but this style of the printing adds to the unique style of his stories. For me, it feels like I'm reading my own history, like this book was written by someone close to me, and this is their own personal edition that's been affectionately passed down to me, and I will pass down to my family. And lastly, the pure joy & love that comes from a writer such as Mitch Albom is unparalleled. There will never be a book he writes that I do not enjoy; this one is no exception. A perfect end to an already perfect story. It is truly a gift for any reader. I will always recommend this (and the others!) to everyone.
