This is perfect and does the job well. I only wish the water tank was a big bigger

So i was having wheezes and cough issue. when i used the Vicks pad it started giving peculiar smell and irritating one. i couldnt tolarate the smell anymore and returned it. wish they had better aroma flovours.

This is cheap quality and stops working at 5 uses. Extremely dissapponted

Hi, This Vicks humidifier does not work properly since the day i got it & now today it completely stopped working, i hope it has a warranty which i can claim & get a new replacement or get it fixed, Not Happy with the product at all

Its too small and no smelt in room ,i bought it to give vicks healthy smelt in bedroom

Cheap quality product and not at all effective for a bedroom space. Totally unexpected from a well known brand such as Vicks. They should just stick to Vaporub. Not at all recommended!

My 5 year old was getting regular nosebleeds in the night especially when the weather was hot and she slept with the fan circulating dry air around the room. Since using this she has not had any nosebleeds at all as the air becomes more humid and is less irritating to the nostrils. She has also used the menthol vapopads when she has had a stuffy nose due to cold symptoms and she has definitely sleeps better through the night. The menthol smell is not particularly strong though which for a kid is probably a good thing, however it might not be much use for an adult unless you sleep with it right next to your bed on a bedside table. With a full tank of water, it will last for about 4-5 hours. I wish I got the larger one so that I wouldn’t have to fill it up again in the middle of the night. When it runs out of water, it automatically stops and the green light turns red. I’ve left it on the red light until morning and it’s not been a problem. Cleaning can be a pain in the backside as you have to do it weekly to prevent mould build up. It would be better if it we’re easy to open up the tank completely to empty and clean but all you can do is let the water drain from the port - inevitably not all of the water will come out.

Firstly, it isn't actually from Vicks, they just recommend it. Positives (a bit forced): -Seems to have solved my dry skin -Quiet unlike any fan -Small and compact -Isn't too difficult to clean -Works just as any humidifier should -Is cool mist as advertised Negatives: -When it's on, it has that normal ultrasonic sound, but it has a drip drip sound too which is odd, but isn't too loud so falling asleep is fine. -The way the top half container is designed is poor. There is no latching mechanism to the bottom half, so the top half is just loose. So when you do carry it, (it's supposed to advertised as portable?) you have to carry it with your fingers at the base your thumbs to secure the top half. -The bottom carries some water so if it does have any, and you tilt it, it will leak. -I thought it would be battery powered but it has to be powered by the mains (maybe that's just on me) -They keep talking about how you should keep the room between 40% and 60% humidity but the humidifier itself doesn't have any sensor of that sort; instead they want you to purchase an actual sensor All in all, it works, and isn't too bothersome, and so that's fine for me at least. It does seem like my dry skin is much better which is good.

Love it. Bought it for my office which is very hot and dry during the winter. It sits on my desk and keeps the area around my desk humidified, I can feel it working on my dry throat and sinuses within 30 minutes. This is a small compact version of larger humidifiers. It doesn’t have any output controls, but if find that the o.5 litre capacity lasts around 5 -6 hours (although it’s switched off when I go for lunch). I empty the water each night and dry the bottom mechanism for storage in my desk drawer overnight. Love the fact that the power cable plugs into the humidifier, meaning I can take it away for cleaning/drying without dangling wires. I haven’t used the diffuser pads - not sure my colleagues would appreciate menthol all day. Excellent well made product with auto cut off when water runs out (red light shows on display). Portable enough to take on my holidays - I always find hotel rooms far too dry....... Brilliant.

Product worked well at first and really helped when my small child had a cold. However after not using for a week or so i filled it, went to turn it on & nothing. Product now doesnt switch on so can't be used. Complete waste of money!!!
