Water leakage
Picked it up as it was B+D but was disappointed. I poured half cup of water inside the iron box and by the time I got the shirt to iron, there was water all over the floor. I had to drain out the water and when i started ironing, there was water still dripping and the shirt was getting wet where ever I ironed. Very disappointed. If anyone is going to buy this product, order a extinction cord as well because the length of the iron box wire is too short.

This iron does the job well. It may not be the best on the market, but it’s powerful and reliable for normal household use. I use it regularly on linen and cotton, and the temperature control works well, I’ve had no issues with overheating or fabric damage. Steam output is sufficient, and overall performance is consistent. Bottom line: A solid everyday iron from BLACK+DECKER with good power and temperature control. Good value for money and no complaints so far.
