Ive had for a few months now, used dozen+ times, works great. You can adjust the thickness & switch blades, easy to dismantle and clean, blade is very sharp and easy to use! It can fold up for easy fit & i keep it inside the box it arrived in, easier to store.

I researched several mandoline's before I decided on this one. I am so glad I did. I wanted one that I did not have to balance over a bowl which can be tricky when your pushing vegetables through a sharp blade. It is well made, very sturdy and the blade is super sharp. It is easy to adjust the slicing thickness because the knob is clearly marked. You literally just twist the dial to the desired thickness. I like that it has "legs" which just easily fold out and lift the mandoline off the counter. I just sanitized my countertop, flipped the legs down, twisted the dial to 1/8" thickness and sliced 3-lbs of potatoes in about 5-minutes. It is also a plus that it comes with gloves, as if you've ever cut your finger on a mandoline you know how easy it is to do. I have not used the julienne or waffle option yet but there is a video on the site that shows you how easy it is to adjust it for either of those options. If you want a reasonably priced, quality mandoline, I would highly recommend this one.

Good product for the price and versatile. It isn’t the most intuitive to use but not difficult to figure out between settings/blades. I bought it to make waffle fries. It doesn’t work the best for this application ad you have to slice pretty thin in order to get holes. Otherwise works great as a slicer and is relatively easy to clean.

Compact, foldable design makes it very easy to clean. Works perfectly and makes veggie prep so easy. The materials feel sturdy and hopefully will stay that way over time. This is exactly what I needed!

This is a basic slicer best suited to smaller and softer foods. There are four main settings with flat slicing, large and small julienne slicing and waffle slicing. Both the flat and waffle slicing thickness can be adjusted. In use, the waffle and thin julienne setting worked well. The slicing setting created pieces that were thicker on one side than the other which made even frying of potato chips very difficult. With a russet potato on the thick julienne setting, so much force was required that the entire unit bent under the pressure. I do not recommended for potatoes, carrots, hard cheese or other hard food items with this thick julienne setting. Included are a handy pair of cut resistant gloves and a protecting food holder. I would say this unit is best used for the waffle and shoestring cutting settings.

Cheap and flimsy plastic. Instructions are on a tiny 8” x 3” paper with 3/4” square hard-to-understand photos. Useless. Videos on Amazon look to be paid and not very well done. And still they do not really explain how to use the product. The official site has a video but no narrative, just music and some disembodied hands. Like how do you use the waffle cut setting? Well, good luck investigating.. A major dissapointment. I would return but it is not worth the hassle.

This works great. Cuts so thinly and evenly. AND comes with cut-resistant gloves. Changing the blade depth is easy as is changing the blade for various cuts. Sooo much quicker than using a knife for high-quantity cutting or even if you just want a few uniform slices.

Appears to be same as the Oxo and other big name mandolin, but at half the price. Evven comes with the same cut resistant gloves!

Sono anni che uso una mandolina che non mi ha mai abbandonato, ma a causa di un trasferimento all'estero ho dovuto comprarne un'altra e ho optato per questa. E' sicuramente più costosa di altre opzioni sul mercato, ma decisamente valida. Il prodotto è solido e pesante, con molte parti mobili (la cui resistenza andrà testata nel lungo periodo) tutte in acciaio, quindi facili da pulire e tendenzialmente indistruttibili. Le lame sono affilatissime e i meccanismi sono precisi.
