AirTime Zip Line Kit

I'm so thankful for this zipline. My kids have been taking up all their recess time. It's nice to have something getting them out of the house for a few hours. My husband was right, buying the kit is so much better than get all the parts separately and trying to put it together. The packaging is great and not too heavy. it comes with everything you need for the kit. The instructions are super clear and we got it up in about 30 minutes. I'm not surprised, I actually called the company before I bought it to ask if it would work for my yard and the customer service ( I think his name is Rob) was super helpful and helped me decide the right place for it. And the almost professional-grade materials were so much better than the plastic kits I saw online or in the stores.

This is a great entry-level package for young zipliners (mine is 7yo). It comes with excellent instructions with illustrations making the install easy to follow. Nothing intimidating at all. I got the 50ft kit, which doesn’t come with a brake. So I followed-up this purchase by buying a spring brake for a little extra safety. Edit: A few things I learned after installing: My anchor tree was actually too big for the 6ft cable sling so I had to get a longer one. Be sure to measure that circumference beforehand. And I easily cut a 2x4 into pieces with notches for the tree-saver blocks. The 3 percent maximum grade for the incline is pretty minimal to the eye; almost level. So while my two trees were significantly different heights at the ground level, I simply raised and lowered the termination points of the zipline accordingly.

As advertised. I did plenty of research on commercial ziplines. I was going to piecemeal one together from Lowes and buying a commercial trolley. This kit has everything you need. I consider it a "backyard commercial" system. There are some El Cheapo backyard zip lines out there which I wouldn't touch. This system was put together by people who obviously know what commercial grade is supposed to be. It's sturdy - the trolley appears very sturdy - the cable is 3/16th inch which is fine for a backyard application. The only thing that I am going to add, which did not come with it, is a backup cable just in case the turnbuckle fails - which is probably so highly unlikely that that's the reason it wasn't included.

This zipline worked really well. The extra 10 ft of line was super helpful in this product. It's not super easy to install, but my wife and I did it alone in a couple hours. The key is to have 2 sturdy trees to hook it up to. Do not plan to use a play set. They just can't hold the tension required to tighten the line. The kids love it.

Honestly much better quality than I was expecting for the price. The trolley looks like it’s machined out of solid aluminum plate, with a solid bar running through it for the grips. The turnbuckle looks a little rough but the threads all look good and it’s definitely oversized. 3/16” aircraft cable has a 4200lb breaking strength, I’d guess the turnbuckle is double or triple that. Just waiting for the snow to melt so I can set it up!

This is a high quality zip line! It has good directions and is fairly simple to install. It is worth the extra $$. My kids love this and it should last for a long time due to the high quality components.

We splurged and bought this after reviewing multiple brands. It’s excellent. Very sturdy. Relatively easy to install. And the kids love it - great investment to get them off their devices and outside everyday.

A two person installation project. The. “tree loop” is to short for larger mature trees. We had to buy a longer cable to go around the start tree. Once set up grandchildren loved it.
