However, the packing is insufficient resulting in it arriving chipped. Twice I asked for a replacement and was assured it would have extra packing. The third came also chipped. Chipped product
I love the soap, it is quite lovely. However, the packing is insufficient resulting in it arriving chipped. Twice I asked for a replacement and was assured it would have extra packing. The third came also chipped. Turns out Amazon does not have control of packing. It was a gift so needed it perfect.
