I believe this particular brand of Aged Black Garlic ingredients are of the most uptimum quality. Like with many other supplements, it is difficult to measure the efficacy of the product in a short period of time. Nevertheless, this capsules are easy to swallow and there is no garlic odor afterwards. I will continue using them for at least another year to then get a CAC score test hoping to see some results.

Product works great and immediately lowered my blood pressure. No aftertaste or smell.

You can tell by the smell that the product is high quality.

Without a blood test I can't say if I have had the result that I desire - lower and better cholesterol numbers - I feel better and I seem to be sleeping better but whether this is solely responsible I cannot say since I have also taken other measures - but it has no bad effects - does not make my breath smell like garlic, does not upset my stomach and these are major determinates for me. I have read great things about this product and I truly believe in probiotic and fermented foods - garlic was something I tried in the past with no impact but this one is fermented and that may make all the difference. If you are like me and want to avoid medicine for better numbers it was a no brainer choice to try - I will go back in a few months and I hope for a good result.

Since taking this for just a week or so my blood pressure has dropped so much that I had to stop taking my medication. I don't know if it is from the black garlic or not, but BP is down.

Fast delivery. Strong garlic smell when I opened capsule and put it on multigrain cracker, but no garlic burps or stomach ache so it's perfect for me.

So, these are effective, but they are hard to get down. The smell/taste are awful. I've had to plug my nose to even get them down. Because of that, I won't buy again. If you can stand the smell/taste they are worthwhile, but it is nasty!!!
