Good, low-cost training/sparring dagger for HEMA and similar.
Excellent for HEMA sparring, durable, good grip, appropriate size, quite safe when used properly. Safety note: Do not spar with these without protection. They can bruise through gambeson, though not badly.

The lightness threw me off

Could also make a great prop for a play when painted. *Neutral: (Aesthetics only) "TRAINING KNIFE" and light safety warnings displayed above the hand guard several inches above "blade" section. Company Logo on it does not detract in my opinion. *Cons: Being really picky, but there is an acceptable yet slight warping of my rubber "blade" that will not interfere with looks or applied practice. >>>Some Further Thoughts<<< With light, yet casual, martial art understanding and experience with oak bokken and bokken shoto, I was wrongly put off by how light this trainer is. Even though the quality and durability falls below an oak bokken shoto, I believe this rubber trainer will be good for HEMA study. Some modification (mostly painting and covering up company text on the "blade") could make it into a prop for a play if you don't mind that rubber ball where the point should be.

Affordable, Effective, Awesome.
The gold standard for synthetic rondel training, and always at an excellent price. It bends well so you can safely stab with it, but it's sturdy enough for certain catches and hooks in Meyer fencing, and the grip is just fantastic in the hand. When they go on sale, every HEMA fighter who doesn't have one should get one.

Excellent quality training Rondels
I bought two of these as a gift for my son in law; they are well made, with really nice detail around the pommel. Flexible yet very sturdy, these training Rondel daggers feel great in the hand and scream "Cold Steel!" I liked them so much that I am going to buy several for myself!

Good affordable sparring rondel dagger
Very good quality rondel great for light gear sparring it bends under light pressure so you don’t have to worry about hurting your sparring partner in light gear if still recommend a mask though, it feels great in the hand making it easy to deploy.

Safety First
I love these Cold Steel Training arms I get these for my kids so they can run around and fight monsters. The plastic is super sturdy and durable and they aren't dangerously built. Can't wait to get more
